About the chef
Head Chef – Mark Breen is classically trained chef with experience in some of London’s best restaurants. For larger events, Mark will work with his team of highly skilled chefs and friendly front of house people to cater for your every need.
To say Mark is a ‘foodie’ is an understatement. When Mark is not working as a private chef he lives and breaths food. Including teaching cooking classes at some great cookery schools across London.
He is particularly passionate about cuisine that uses quality, locally produced, seasonal ingredients.
